Linda Douglas is an experienced yoga teacher having trained in India since 2003 and continues to travel there to maintain her own self-practice. She is authorised to teach Ashtanga Yoga (the 3rd teacher in Scotland). She has also trained in Tripsichore yoga, and Vinyasa flow (having trained with Shiva Rea and Dharma Mittra).
She has a background in Education and Social work. Currently she teaches in FE and HE where she delivers mainly Psychology. She also writes and delivers courses including: â€˜Stress Awareness and Mindfulnessâ€™ course at Edinburgh University. She facilitates her teachings in an encouraging and engaging manner.
