An opportunity for those with some meditation experience to join best-selling author Torey Hayden for a weekend of strengthening meditation skills and practice.

An enthusiastic meditator but with an appreciation of the challenges it can present for Westerners, Torey will provide guidance on refining focused awareness, dealing with distractions and obstacles to meditation, using physical pain, difficult emotions and destructive thoughts as support for meditation, and cultivating compassion.

This is a practice weekend, so the focus will be on doing meditation itself.
