The retreat starts at 7pm on Tuesday 23rd January 2018 and ends after lunch on Sunday 28th January 2018

The course fee is £400.00 including manual.

This is an in-depth training retreat over five days exploring each of the stages of the CBLC 8 week course. There will be strong focus on participants getting ‘hands on’ experience of delivering the course.

  • This course explores the rationales behind the practices and the way they fit together as a whole.

  • Successful completion of this retreat provides participants with all they need to begin to deliver the CBLC 8 week course.
  • To join this retreat you must have completed the Mindfulness Level Two: Responding with Compassion course and the Teacher Training Level Two MBLC Retreat.
