This 5 day retreat will offer the opportunity to explore what being peaceful means to us and what may prevent us from creating more peacefulness in our lives…we will be doing plenty of simple meditations related to being peaceful and how we may transform other experiences into peace for ourselves in our daily lives and the wish for others to also find their peacefulness and well being…there will also be opportunities to explore creatively and to take part in some of the activities at Samye Ling, as well as the opportunity to spend 5 days in this most precious environment…
