Over the weekend participants will learn how to draw a deity according to traditional proportions. This is a wonderful way to become familiar with the visualisation of the practice. There will be a choice between learning how to draw Tara or Chenrezig, so people can get familiar with the practice they do most.
Ani Semchi will also give some explanations on the meaning of the practice and the various aspects of Tara and Chenrezig.
Please bring A4 paper (or bigger), pencil, eraser, sharpener and a 30-cm ruler (important).
There is no fee for this course although donations are welcome. Your offering will help with the Monastery's considerable running costs, as well as the expenses incurred in inviting teachers. Donations may be made in the Reception Office.
