The Buddha’s teachings reveal that we are not some fixed “self” but an ever-changing play of consciousness. The topic of The Six Bardos explores the six main modes of consciousness: three during life (waking state, dream and deep meditation) and three unique to dying and the period between lives. The Six Bardos helps us understand better what we are and what this world really is and therefore how best to manage this life’s potential.
Open to everyone.
