PART ONE: Connecting with Enlightened Compassion
Sun Dec 23rd - Fri Dec 28th
The Chenrezik practice contains the entire Buddhist path, from Refuge through to voidness meditation. Ken will teach the practice explaining the significance of its various steps and how to practice them in a meaningful way which brings them to life. This section of the course places particular emphasis on the compassion embodied in Chenrezik and the first five of the six paramitas. As this course contains Chenrezik practice instructions, it is open to all who have taken Refuge.
