For this workshop we will be concentrating on the focus of our Yoga practice: why we practice, how we practice and the ways we need to develop our practice. We will be taking a broad view of some of the Yoga philosophy to put into focus more clearly the aspects that we can see are lacking in our own Yoga practice. We will work through various methods of practicing asana, breathing, chanting, meditation and relaxation in order to bring about a more rounded and wholistic view of Yoga, so that we can continue to develop our home practice with clearer focus.
Please bring your own yoga mats and any other equipment you might have.
