Samye College Founding Members

2 Jul 2015

Founders Board smallUntil recently we were all familiar with the temporary display near the entrance to the dining room which showed progress towards the completion of the Samye Project.

Thanks to the kindness and hard work of so many friends of Samye Ling, the Samye College now provides the resources for study and spiritual development so needed in our material age.

The Samye College Founding Members project began in 2010 and is dedicated to the late Choje Akong Tulku Rinpoche with heartfelt wishes for his swift return.

On 26th June 2015 in Samye Ling, Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche led celebrations to mark the 30th birthday of His Holiness 17th Gyalwang Karmapa.
