This longer course offers the opportunity for participants to deepen their yoga practice and fully immerse themselves in a yogic way of life.¬†
The course is structured to allow space for periods of reflection and contemplation. Participants will be encouraged to attend each of the sessions offered¬†including Karma Yoga which is an integral part of the course.
Daily Practices will include;
- Asanas- physical postures to release tension, improve flexibility and increase strength.
- Pranayamas ‚Äďbreathing techniques which can induce relaxation and increase vitality.
- Relaxation techniques such as Yoga Nidra - deep relaxation often referred to as ‚Äėconscious sleep‚Äô and Yoga Nyasa.¬†
- Meditation techniques ‚Äď such as ¬†kaya sthairyam (body stillness), antar mouna (inner silence) and ajapa japa (repetition of mantra).

The course begins on Monday evening at 7.00 pm and concludes at lunchtime on Friday.
The course is open to those with some previous experience of yoga.
Please bring a mat, a blanket and any others items you need such as cushions or blocks.
