Teachings with Khenpo Ghawang

09 October 2025 - 03 December 2025

Cost: £0.00

Venue: Samye Ling

We're very lucky that Khenpo Ghawang has managed to find time to spend two months with us in Samye Ling and give teachings on several subjects during his visit.

The Akong Memorial Retreat will be led by Khenpo Ghawang from 9th to 15th October 2025, and extensive teachings on the Guru Yoga, composed by His Holiness the 16th Gyalwang Karmapa, will be given from a commentary by Goshir Gyaltsap Rinpoche.

Advice to King Bimbisara Sutra will then be taught, beginning on the 27th October, from 5pm to 6pm every day.

Nagarjuna's Precious Garland (Ratnavali) will also be taught, starting on 28th October, from 8am to 9.30am every day.

For those with little time, it is possible to attend just one teaching to make a connection.  Alternatively if you would like to attend for a few days or a weekend (or whatever time you have), you can do so.

Registration is required so please contact: bookings@samyeling.org to let us know which session(s) you are attending and to book accommodation or meals if required.

There is no charge for these dharma teachings though Samye Ling will of course make an offering to the teacher on behalf of us all.  If you wish to contribute please ask at our Reception Office.
