The seven points of mind training is a brilliant text, especially relevant for the 21st century.

This course will present some of the key features of this text about the alchemy of the mind. On one level, it is about the transformation of emotional poison into medicine. On another, it is about how to tame the mind and experience deep wisdom. The mind creates our world: these instructions help us shape the kind of attitude we could have. Simple, practical and beneficial exercises will be shared: both for meditation and to use in everyday life.

There is no fee for this course although donations are welcome. Your offering will help with the Monastery's considerable running costs, as well as the expenses incurred in inviting teachers.  Donations may be made in the Reception Office.
