The course tutors will be Heather Regan-Addis and Jan Mayor.
This is an in-depth compassion teacher training taught over one weekend and a five day retreat exploring each of the stages of the CBLC 8 week course. There will be strong focus on participants getting ‘hands on’ experience of delivering the course.
- This course explores the rationales behind the practices and the way they fit together as a whole.
- Feedback from participants and tutors on this course is given with reference to the domains of the Mindfulness Based Interventions Teaching Assessment Criteria (MBI-TAC).
- This retreat is suitable for those who teach the MBLC and who have completed our Level 2: Responding with Compassion training. It is also suitable for trained mindfulness teachers of other approaches, such as MBSR and MBCT, who have completed our Level 2: Responding with Compassion training.
- Successful completion of this retreat provides participants with all they need to begin to deliver the CBLC 8- week course.
The retreat begins at 7pm on Tuesday 21 April and ends after lunch on Sunday 26 April 2020.
The cost is £580.00 including manual for the weekend and the retreat which can be paid in five monthly instalments of £116.00. If you cancel the retreat less than eight weeks before the start date your retreat fee will not be refunded. However it may be possible to transfer to a subsequent retreat for an administrative fee of £100.00.
