Yi Jin Jing (The Muscle Change Classic)

This is one of two very famous Classical Qigong exercises ( the other - Bone Marrow washing exercise) said to be bestowed to the renowned Shaolin Monastery of Henan Province by Bodhidharma (5th / 6th Century).

The exercise consists of 12 movements that works on various muscle groups of the body.

Once learned, seven or eight minutes practice of this exercise every morning will provide surprising positive changes to the body and overall health maintenance.
