This is a weekend of yoga to simply enjoy practising yoga and to rejuvenate and relax at this time of year when with the coldness of winter we often find it hard to get ourselves going.
This first workshop of the year is a gentle introduction into some of the key ways of working in our yoga practice that is the basis behind Hanna's way of teaching, such as to find ways to be more relaxed and fluid in our practice.
It is an ideal introduction for beginners but has much to offer to more experienced practitioners as well.
The weekend will include working with variations of asana practice from different traditions, simple breath work, basic meditation and relaxation.
Please bring your own mats if you prefer not to work on the floor or a blanket.
