This workshop brings our practice of Yoga into focus by looking at why we practice, how we practice, and the ways in which we need to develop our practice, according to how it was traditionally taught.

We will look at a broad view of some of the philosophy behind Yoga to see more clearly the aspects that may be lacking within our own yoga practice so that we can learn how to remedy that. We will work with various methods of practicing asana, pranayama, chanting, meditation and relaxation, in order to develop a more rounded and holistic view of Yoga, which will help us to continue to develop our own practice with a clearer focus.

Open to all levels.

Please bring your own mat if you prefer not to work on the floor or a blanket.
