2023 Samye Ling Living Well to Die Well Mindfulness Course with Heather Regan-Addis and Jacky Seery

This course is run by the Mindfulness Association and hosted at Samye Ling.  Please note this is one weekend within a one year long course.  The cost for the whole course is £330.00 which is payable in six monthly instalments of £55.00 (i.e. for the weekend and the six online sessions).

Alternatively it is possible to attend just the weekend only in which case the fee is £165.

Times: The weekend begins at 19.00pm on Friday evening and ends at 15.00pm on Sunday afternoon.

Location: This weekend takes place in Samye Ling (near Lockerbie).
