One great secret of health for both mind and body is to live in the present moment, wisely and joyfully.  Finding ways to live joyfully is one of Lama Rinpoche’s specialities and he will happily share the fruits of his long experience of working with the mind.

As always he will speak spontaneously, straight from the heart.  He says, that at 77 years of age he is too old to plan anything, so he will say whatever comes!

This year we are particularly fortunate as for the first time Lama Rinpoche will be assisted throughout the weekend by Deputy Abbot, Lama Katen.

There will be a Refuge Ceremony, preceded by an explanatory talk, on Easter Sunday 12th April 2020.

Detailed programme for the weekend is still to be finalised.

Suitable for all.

There is no fee for this course although donations are welcome and can be made in the Reception Office.
