This weekend course will provide participants with the history of Qigong, its origins and development in India and China, proliferation to the West and its current relevance in today’s society and sub cultures.

It may be worthwhile to bring along a pen and paper to take notes, and there will be the opportunity to learn and practice some Qigong Forms appropriate to the context of the course.

This course is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners.
