Welcome in the New Year with a restorative yoga practice that gently follows the flowing sequence of Ashtanga Yoga which embraces the qualities of compassion and wisdom. The focus is on rejuvenation and contemplation, with the theme of ‘compassion in action’.

The course starts at 7pm on Friday 30th December and ends at lunchtime on 2nd January.  Please bring a yoga mat. 

Linda Jane Douglas is an experienced and fully authorised Ashtanga Yoga teacher whose focus is on peace & harmony.  The yoga practices she shares are accessible to all levels.
