There will also be special celebrations on New Year's Eve, led by the monks and nuns, that participants on the course will be welcome to attend.

Should any participants feel inspired by the retreat to deepen their yoga practice further, Linda will lead a 4-weekend yoga course in 2020 at Samye Ling.

No previous knowledge is required, the retreat is suitable for all from absolute beginner to the more experienced yoga practitioner. Please bring a yoga mat.
