Mindfulness Level Two: Responding with Compassion

Level 2 – Compassion course enables participants to develop their mindfulness practice by training in compassion.
- It is ideal for those who have completed the Level 1 mindfulness training and who wish to continue to develop their mindfulness practice so as to hold inner experience with warmth and kindness.
- If you have already completed an 8 week mindfulness course such as MBSR or MBCT – you can join this course by attending our Access to Compassion online course first.
The course meets the annual continuing professional development (CPD) requirements of the UK Good Practice Guidelines for Mindfulness Teachers
- It is a pre-requisite for mindfulness teachers who wish to learn to teach our CBLC course.

Dates: 31 July- 2 August 2020 and 17-22 November 2020 (one weekend and a retreat)
Cost: £560.00 for the one weekend and the retreat, including manuals payable in four monthly instalments of £140.00

Times: The weekend begins at 7pm (evening meal at 6pm) on the Friday evening, between 8am and 8pm on Saturday and between 8am and 3.30pm on a Sunday. The retreat begins at 7pm (evening meal at 6pm) on Tuesday 17th November 2020 and ends after lunch on Sunday 22nd November 2020.
The weekend and the retreat will take place at Purelands Retreat Centre so please book your accommodation for Purelands (not Samye Ling). Once your course place has been confirmed please book your accommodation at Purelands by clicking here.
