The Elements

7:00pm 28 August 2026 - 12:00pm 30 August 2026

Cost: £63.00

Venue: Samye Ling

Bookings for this course (and guest accommodation) will open on 10th June 2026.  Please send an email on 10th June or after, giving your details to bookings@samyeling.org.

This will be an experiential weekend exploring the qualities of the Elements - earth, water, fire, air and space. The format will be as provided by Akong Tulku Rinpoche for the Tara Rokpa Therapy process.

The elements have qualities which when understood, can bring balance and harmony into one’s life. We often don’t recognise that they manifest on an outer level and also in the body and on an inner psychological level. Becoming more familiar with the elements gives us tools to adjust in positive ways and also to be more aware of environmental needs.

As the annual Samye Ling Tea Party and Open Day coincides with this course, Trish plans to finish at lunch time on Sunday 30th August.  Course participants are most welcome to attend the Tea Party if they wish.
