Reconnecting back to ourselves with a weekend of Yoga

7:00pm 18 November 2022 - 5:30pm 20 November 2022

Cost: £63.00

Venue: Samye Ling

This weekend workshop will focus especially on reconnecting ourselves back to our body, breath and mind after the difficult few years that we have all been living through.
The last few years have been unusually stressful and difficult for all of us. Unfortunately living with stress over a prolonged period of time can increase the tension held in the body and affect breathing which, in turn, can cause more agitation in the mind. This workshop will therefore focus on helping us to work gently into reconnecting us back to our body and our breath and to move towards an increased stillness within the mind as we do so.
It will be an opportunity to give ourselves the space to enjoy yoga, to breathe and to deeply relax.
Please bring a yoga mat. It is also advisable to bring a blanket and any blocks or bolsters that you may normally use.
The workshop will be suitable for all levels and complete beginners are welcome.
To book this course please select it in the Extras offered after you have chosen your accommodation on the booking form. Please visit:   https://www.samyeling.org/visiting/accommodation/   to book.
