An introductory course to the main principles of Lord Buddha’s teaching

Suitable for anyone, whether new to Buddhism or with some experience.  

There will be two teachings daily at 8am and 4.30pm 

It is possible to attend the entire course or just one or more of these sections. 

Part 1:  6 – 11 August

Part 2: 13 – 18 August

Part 3:  20 – 25 August

Part 4:  27 August – 1 September 

Monday is a day off.  For those who have less time, the teachings on Saturday and Sunday will be open to all.  It is also possible to attend any one teaching to make a connection. 

However many teachings you choose to attend you must register in the Reception office.
