By registering for the Newsletter, Booking Accommodation or making a donation, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT FROM YOU

When you book, register, or donate you will be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, contact details and in the case of donations credit or debit card information.  That information will be stored using three possible programmes; MailChimp (Newsletter), Paypal (Donations) or Free to Book (Accommodation and Course Bookings).

SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION

We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. Paper records will be kept as a back-up for accounting purposes of donations and when you make accommodation payments on site.  We will retain your information for a reasonable period or as long as the law requires.
