From the heights of the Tibetan Plateau to the Lowlands of Scotland, Choje Akong Tulku Rinpoche’s vision has transformed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people. Whether you’re living in a remote Monastery in Tibet, a child living on the streets of Kathmandu or a regular visitor to Samye Ling, you'll know that the immense legacy of Akong Rinpoche lives on and continues to grow.

Without any concern for his own well-being, he dedicated his life to alleviating the suffering of others.

Since his untimely death in 2013, the Akong Memorial Foundation aims to move forward with the work he had planned for Dolma Lhakang, his monastery in Tibet.

It's easy to support one of our projects and you can find out more about how you can help by calling into our office in Samye Ling or by visiting our website www.akongmemorialfoundation.org/donate

The Akong Memorial Foundation is part of Rokpa Trust, which is a registered charity in England & Wales (1059293) and in Scotland (SCO38628)
