In some countries this beautiful Tai Chi Form is known as "The Cream". This is because it is one of the oldest and original Tai Chi Forms taught to the monks on the Holy Mountain of Wudang in China.

Bob is one of the very few people in the UK who has been taught this Form by his Teacher, Grand Master You Xuande while studying with him in Wudang Shan.

The basic Form will be taught over 3 consecutive days that will provide a fundamental knowledge of this exquisite and unique Tai Chi Form.
