Drupon Rinpoche will lead this weekend course with instructions on Calm Abiding and Mind Training.

All participants must register in advance and must undertake to attend all sessions.

Programme 15th and 16th October

8.00am – 10.00am Teaching

10.30am – 12.00pm Teaching

12.30pm Lunch

1.30pm Mahakala Prayers (optional)

3.00pm – 4.30pm Teaching

5.00pm – 6.00pm Teaching

The course finishes at 4.30pm on Sunday 16th October

There is no course fee, though donations towards overheads are most welcome.  Donations may be made in the Reception Office.
