Teaching on The Precious Ornament of Liberation

During this time Drupon Rinpoche will give daily instructions on the Foundation Practices.  These teachings are primarily for those participating in the One Year Men’s Retreat on Arran (to see more about this please click here) but are also open to anyone who is either already practicing the Foundations or who has a definite commitment to practice them.

It is essential that participants have this commitment as well as undertaking to attend every session of teaching.
